Built by Neurodivergent Adults, for Families Like Ours
Raising a neurodivergent child isn’t about "fixing" them—it’s about understanding, supporting, and celebrating them for exactly who they are.
We believe in the power and potential of neurodivergent minds—because this isn’t just our work, it’s who we are.
Our guiding principles
Everything we create—our strategies, resources, and community—is shaped by real neurodivergent experience, not outdated stereotypes or one-size-fits-all solutions. We know firsthand that neurodivergence isn’t something to “fix” but something to understand, support, and celebrate.
We Are Neuro-Affirming, Always.
Neurodivergence isn’t a flaw—it’s a natural part of human diversity. We don’t believe in forcing kids to comply, mask, or “fit in” at the expense of their well-being. Instead, we focus on strengths-based, neuro-affirming strategies that honor who they are. Your child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported—just like you.
We Value Lived Experience.
You don’t need a certification to have wisdom that changes lives. Lived experience is powerful, and the insights of parents and neurodivergent adults are just as vital as expert perspectives. That’s why we create spaces where real-world knowledge is heard, shared, and valued—so every voice has the power to make an impact.
We Have Each Other’s Backs.
This is a community that shows up, shares hard-won wisdom, and lifts each other up. We lean on parents who’ve been in the trenches, experts who’ve done the research, and the collective strength of lived experience. When one of us struggles, we rally. When one of us wins, we all rise. Together, we’re unstoppable.
What we believe
- Less stressed parents create healthier families and better outcomes for their children.
- Kids do well if they can—challenges aren’t a matter of willpower, but often a matter of skill gaps or environments that need to adapt.
- Every child deserves teachers, therapists, and supporters who see their brilliance and work to unlock it.
- Knowledge is power—but shared knowledge is life-changing. When we learn from each other, we level up together.
- Neurodivergence isn’t a “problem” to solve. It’s part of what makes the world beautifully diverse.
- No parent should have to figure this out alone. The system wasn’t built for our kids, but we’re building something better—together.
- The right support changes everything. Finding the person who “gets it” can be the difference between feeling lost and finding your path.
About our founder

Hi, I'm Jessica, a neurodivergent mom of two neurodivergent girls.
Together, we've tackled a lot—diagnoses, therapies, sensory overload, emotional rollercoasters, school refusal, and more. My girls are hilarious, wildly creative, and ridiculously talented, but parenting them the way they needed—while juggling a demanding career and daily life? That was next-level hard.
Then, in my late 30s, I got my own diagnosis: Autistic, ADHD (AuDHD), and Auditory Processing Disorder. Suddenly, everything clicked. I leaned into both the strengths of my brain and my support needs–unapologetically.
The system wasn’t built for families like mine, so I am building something better. Leaning on 20 years in management consulting and SaaS, I created what I wished I had—the learning, expertise, and support all in one place so that other busy parents can spend less time searching and more time living.
